head broccoli - blanched dark green

salt and pepper to taste

white wine

chicken stock

corn starch

sesame oil
Instructions
Stirfry the oil, garlic, and ginger for 2-3 minutes, add the carrot, onion, celery.
Cookon high for 2 minutes, add the pea pods, and broccoli, and then add the white wine,stock, and corn starch mixture.
Cookfor 2 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
