Ingredients

onion diced

long grain rice

chicken stock

diced carrot

diced celery

Instructions
Sauté the onion, carrot, celery with vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
Toss in the rice and cook for 3 minutes or untilpearlized.
Add the stock, salsa, and bring to boil. Turn tolow, cook for 24 minutes, then fluff and let dry out.
Serve and enjoy!
