Ingredients
- 1 lb dried fettuccine pasta
- 1 Pint heavy whipping cream
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp kosher salt
- ⅛ tsp black pepper
- ¼ tsp oregano leaves
- 4 oz rondele cheese herb garlic
- ½ cup grated part cheese
- 2 julianne zucchini
- 6 button mushrooms sliced
- 6 oz smoked salmon
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 mis or until al dente; drain.
- . In a medium saucepan, sauté garlic in butter on low for 3 minutes, then raise heat to med/high and add whipping cream, cheeses, salt, pepper, and oregano until thick approximately 20 minutes.
- Toss the sauce with the salmon, pasta, and vegetables.
