Fantastic smoked salmon fettuccine

  • 1 lb dried fettuccine pasta
  • 1 Pint heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp kosher salt
  • tsp black pepper
  • ¼ tsp oregano leaves
  • 4 oz rondele cheese herb garlic
  • ½ cup grated part cheese
  • 2 julianne zucchini
  • 6 button mushrooms sliced
  • 6 oz smoked salmon


  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 mis or until al dente; drain.
  • . In a medium saucepan, sauté garlic in butter on low for 3 minutes, then raise heat to med/high and add whipping cream, cheeses, salt, pepper, and oregano until thick approximately 20 minutes.
  • Toss the sauce with the salmon, pasta, and vegetables.
  • Serve while hot. Enjoy!
