Chinese vegetables delight

Ingredients
  

  • 2 carrots cut on bias
  • ½ sweet onion sliced in strips
  • 2 stalks celery sliced
  • 1 head broccoli – blanched dark green
  • 10 pea pods
  • 1 garlic clove chopped
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 dash grated ginger
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • ¼ cup white wine
  • ¼ cup chicken stock
  • ¼ tsp corn starch
  • ¼ tsp sesame oil

Instructions
 

  • Stirfry the oil, garlic, and ginger for 2-3 minutes, add the carrot, onion, celery.
  • Cookon high for 2 minutes, add the pea pods, and broccoli, and then add the white wine,stock, and corn starch mixture.
  • Cookfor 2 more minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Enjoy!
