Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
- ¼ onion diced
- 2 cups long grain rice
- 3.75 cup chicken stock
- 5 Tbsp salsa
- ¼ cup diced carrot
- ¼ cup diced celery
- 2 tsp seasoning salt
Instructions
- Sauté the onion, carrot, celery with vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
- Toss in the rice and cook for 3 minutes or untilpearlized.
- Add the stock, salsa, and bring to boil. Turn tolow, cook for 24 minutes, then fluff and let dry out.
- Serve and enjoy!
