  • 3 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • ¼ onion diced
  • 2 cups long grain rice
  • 3.75 cup chicken stock
  • 5 Tbsp salsa
  • ¼ cup diced carrot
  • ¼ cup diced celery
  • 2 tsp seasoning salt


  • Sauté the onion, carrot, celery with vegetable oil for 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
  • Toss in the rice and cook for 3 minutes or untilpearlized.
  • Add the stock, salsa, and bring to boil. Turn tolow, cook for 24 minutes, then fluff and let dry out.
  • Serve and enjoy!
