Spicy BBQ Prawns

1/2 Pint – Heavy Whipping Cream

1/2 Can – Coconut Milk

2 Tbsp. – Seattle Fish Works Seasoning (available on seattlefishworks.com)

1 Tbsp. – Sugar

3 Tbsp. – BBQ Sauce

1/4 Tsp. – Cayanne Pepper

1 Lbs. – Prawns (no shell, de-vained, and no tails)

1 Large – Shallot Minced

1/4 Each – Stick Butter

1 Bunch – Green Onions (cut on a thin bias for garnish on top)


Sauté the shallot in the butter for 5 minutes until soft (do not brown)

Add all of the ingredients, except prawns, into large sized sauté pan and reduce on medium high heat until thick

Put washed and clean prawns in sauté pan with other ingredients

Cook until medium firm – longer if you like well done

Take out and sprinkle the dish with chopped green onions

Serve with sliced french baguette, or serve with rice
