Ingredients

Grilled Flank Steak

Soy Sauce - 1 cup

Garlic - 1 tbsp

Red Curry Paste - 1/4 tsp

Sliced Green Onions - 1/4 cup

Sugar - 1/2 cup

Black Pepper - 1/4 tsp

Sesame Seeds - 1/2 tsp

Red Pepper Flakes - Pinch

Vegetable Oil - 2 tbsp

Sesame Oil - 2 tbsp

Flank Steak - 2 lbs.

Directions

1. Tenderize meat by pounding

2. Marinade for 12-24 hours

3. Heat grill on high and grill for 5-8 minutes per side

4. Let it rest for 5 minutes and slice against the grain
