Grilled Asparagus

1 lb. Asparagus - Cut off woody bottom

Butter - 1/2 stick

Garlic - 1 clove crushed

Black Pepper - 1 dash

Salt - 1 dash

Parmesan Cheese - 1 tbsp. grated


Heat the butter and crushed garlic together for 1 minute on med heat - do not burn or brown

BBQ the asparagus for 4-5 minutes on med/high indirect heat - brush with garlic butter and turn often

Toss cooked asparagus with garlic butter, sprinkle with salt, pepper and parmesan cheese
