Ingredients

Filipino Chicken Adobo

1 Cup – Soy Sauce (light)

1 Cup – White Vinegar

1½ Cup – Water

3 Each – Fresh Bay Leaves

5 Each – Garlic Cloves

½ Tbsp. – Black Pepper

4 Each – Roma Tomatoes

4 Tbsp. – Brown Sugar

½ Each – Onion (quartered)

1 Each – Green Pepper Sliced

4 Each – Large Chicken Breasts

2 Lbs. – Chicken Drumettes and Wigs

Directions

Place the chicken and all ingredients in a pot and cook for 1-2 hours on LOW/MEDIUM or until chicken starts to come off of the bones.

Serve over Jasmine Rice.
