Ingredients

Classic Italian Marinara

5 tbsp. – Chopped Garlic

6 tbsp. – Olive Oil

2 – 28oz. – Italian Tomatoes

1 – Onion Diced

1/2 Cup – Italian Parsley

2 tbsp. – Seattle Fish Works’ Dry Rub Seasoning

1 tsp. – Soy Sauce

1 tsp. – Black Pepper

1/4 tsp. – Basalmic Vinegar

1 dash of Kosher Salt

Directions

Sauté the garlic, onions, spices (salt, pepper & seasoning) in olive oil for 5 minutes on medium.

Add tomatoes, and bring to boil.

Reduce heat and add the rest of the ingredients.

Puree while hot and simmer for 1 hour.
