Baked Garlic Parmesan Salmon

Salmon Fillet (boneless with skin) - 1-2 lbs.

Butter (salted) - 1 stick

Garlic Minced - 6 cloves

Black Pepper - 1/8 tsp.

Parmesan Cheese - 3 Tbsp.

Fresh Parsley (minced and used as garnish) - 1 tsp.


Heat oven to 400 degrees

Melt butter and garlic together on med/low heat for 2-3 minutes and set aside (reserve 2 tbsp)

Place washed salmon (patted dry) on parchment paper placed on sheet pan

Spoon the butter garlic mixture over the top of fish

Season with black pepper

Bake for 10 minutes for medium cooked fish

Take out of the oven, and brush with remaining butter/garlic and garnish with parsley and parmesan cheese
